This challenge is about being comfortable in your skin. It’s summer, and it’s likely that you’re showing off more of your skin that usual right now. This is not about turning you into a Hollywood Starlet (although if you already are on – GO YOU); this is about making you your healthiest happiest you.

The daily workouts will come in different formats, but will often be videos, so keep that in mind as you plan when to do your challenge workout each day.
