Love the Skin You're In - Day 1

Day 1 - 5 Minute Arms


This challenge is about being comfortable in your skin, and to do that, we're going to work our entire bodies.  There will be a lot of videos in this challenge, and we may offer combinations and/or options as we progress.

We have created a Facebook event for this challenge.  Please feel free to join us by clicking here.  Your feedback is important, as we will integrate your suggestions into the workouts along the way.  Also - we have prizes for participation, so you should comment a lot.  :) 

Today we're going to start slow, and hard. If you have not been working out regularly, you may be surprised at just how hard it is to keep your arms in motion for 5 continuous minutes.
