July Challenge - Love the Skin You're In Day 2
Today we're going
to give your tired arms a little break (we're guessing you're feeling them
after yesterday), and we'll focus on your abs and core.
Our video is called
"Bye
Bye Muffin Top" and it will take you about 10 minutes.
Make sure that you have enough space to lie down on the floor, and that you
will be able to see your computer from the spot your pick before you get
started.
For those who have
another two minutes, we are offering you a two
minute daily stretching video. Stretching is super important,
so we want to encourage you to integrate it into your workout from the
start. If you don't have time today, no sweat, the video isn't going
anywhere, you can come back tomorrow. :)
