You know we shouldn't just focus on losing weight, we should focus on being healthy.  But losing 10 pounds can get us motivated.

3 Ways to Lose Weight 

1. Track All Of Your Food Using An App for 1 Month
My favorites are myfitnesspal, loseit and fitday.  I also help my clients design delicious menus to increase energy and look & feel 10 years younger, and share my recipes with them.  It's called; Shop, Cook, Eat. 



2. Burn Fat From Your Body With 3 Essential Daily Moves     

Squats, lunges and push-ups, or modifications of them, done in a circuit daily will transform your body. I show my clients 20 minute workouts that use these exercises.  I have them perform them at least 5 times per week. It's called PMaxFIT 
 

 

 3. Get More Motivated Than You've Been in Years
