August Challenge - Discover the You Inside- Day 2
Today we're going to focus on our legs. As promised, you can do just one video, and this workout will take you less than ten minutes. If you have more time and energy, go for it, tackle a couple of extra videos and go for a longer workout. I encourage you to do a little stretching at the end of your workout every day. (I will post a stretching video in the facebook group so you never have to hunt for one.)
10 Minutes to Leaner, Longer Looking Legs
We'll start with a ten minute video that focuses on our legs and cores. This video will ask for a small dumbbell - you can replace this with a full water bottle if you do not have one.Legs Like a Victoria's Secret Angel Model
Our second video is also ten minutes. The host explains that the real Victoria's Secret models do the same routine. You will not need any equipment for this video, just space on the floor. You can use a yoga mat or towel if you wish to mark your workout area. The video is designed to be cardio in addition to really toning your legs. I hope you enjoy it.
Yoga to Make You Happy
Our third video is relaxing yoga to help increase our positivity; this video runs about 13 minutes. This third video will include cardio and will help tone your legs. Be prepared to move around a lot for this one - it's designed to be a dance party.
