August Challenge - Discover the You Inside- Day 5
Today I'm going to give us a couple of videos that together will give you a full workout. If you choose to do only part of the workout, that is totally okay, choose your target area(s).
Tank Top Arms:
This ten minute video requires small dumbbells or waterbottles. It is designed to help you work your upper back, shoulders and arms.
Ballet Floor Barre
This
is our one long video, so if you don't have 30 minutes, feel free to
skip it today. It is ballet pre-barre work done on the floor. It will tone your butt, abs and inner thighs. It will also work your feet and arms.
Quick Sweat Cardio Workout
Our third video is very short - just 8 minutes. Of course, you'll be moving for the whole time, so you'll be sweating when you're done. This is NOT a great workout for the office unless you happen to have a shower handy. You will not need any equipment for this video, just some perseverance. I hope you enjoy it.

will really help those of you who spend a lot of time at a computer.
