August Challenge - Discover the You Inside- Day 7
Today I'm going to give us a couple of videos that together will give you a full workout. If you choose to do only part of the workout, that is totally okay, choose your target area(s).
5 Minute Arms:
This 5 minute video requires no equipment. It is designed to help you work your shoulders and arms.
Barre Workout
This video is an adaptation of a classic ballet barre to incorporate cardio. It will take you about 11 minutes and it will
tone your butt, abs and inner thighs. It will also work your feet.
You will need a chair, counter, or barre for balance in this workout.
Thin Thigh Workout:
Our third video is also fairly short - just 10 minutes. It is dance inspired, and designed to get you lean legs and help work off your saddlebags. I hope you enjoy it. This one can be done at the office, depending on what you happen to be wearing.
Office video:
Today's office workout is not a video - use your break to take a short walk (even if you have to stay in the building. Whenever you have to change directions, do 5 squats.
