August Challenge - Discover the You Inside- Day 4
Welcome to week 2 (I've decided that we're operating by standard work week, so Monday is the start of our week). I hope that your first couple days went well. Remember to let me know if particular videos (or types of video) work well for you so that we do more of them in the rest of the challenge.Today we're going to do some fat burning.
Low Impact Cardio Workout: No-Jump Belly Fat Burner
This ten minute video requires no eequipment. It is a cardeo interval video. It will help you burn belly fat.
Fat Burning HIIT Pilates Workout
This is our one long video, so if you don't have 30 minutes, feel free to skip it today. It is pilates and cardeo in combination. This video requires no equipment, but you can use an optional dumbbell to increase the difficulty.
Quick Sweat Cardio Workout
Our third video is very short - just 8 minutes. Of course, you'll be moving for the whole time, so you'll be sweating when you're done. This is NOT a great workout for the office unless you happen to have a shower handy. You will not need any equipment for this video, just some perseverance. I hope you enjoy it.

Neck and Shoulders Stretch at Your Desk- This is a great video that
will really help those of you who spend a lot of time at a computer
and/or on the phone. I think it will become part of my daily routine.
