August Challenge - Discover the You Inside- Day 11
Today I'm going to give us a couple of videos that together will give you a full workout. If you choose to do only part of the workout, that is totally okay, choose your target area(s).
5 Minute Arms:
This 5 minute video requires no equipment. It is designed to help you work your shoulders and arms.
Barre Workout
This video is an adaptation of a classic ballet barre to incorporate cardio. It will take you about 11 minutes and it will tone your butt, abs and inner thighs. It will also work your feet. You will need a chair, counter, or barre for balance in this workout.
Quick Sweat Cardio Workout
Our third video is very short - just 8 minutes. Of course, you'll be moving for the whole time, so you'll be sweating when you're done. This is NOT a great workout for the office unless you happen to have a shower handy. You will not need any equipment for this video, just some perseverance. I hope you enjoy it.

5-Minute Office Friendly Workout- This video offers some great all-over exercises you can do at the office. If you want to adopt it as your regular routine, you will want to invest in an exercise band.
