August Challenge - Discover the You Inside- Day 9
Today I'm going to give us a couple of videos that together will give you a full workout. If you choose to do only part of the workout, that is totally okay, choose your target area(s).
Morning Yoga Poses For Energy:
Barre Workout
This video is an adaptation of a classic ballet barre to incorporate cardio. It will take you about 11 minutes and it will
tone your butt, abs and inner thighs. It will also work your feet.
You will need a chair, counter, or barre for balance in this workout.
Weight Loss Yoga:
Our third video is also fairly short - just 11 minutes. It is also yoga, but designed to really target weight loss. I hope you enjoy it.
As usual, if today's workout doesn't float your boat, you have 8 days worth of workouts to choose instead, or you can take a 30 minute walk. Just remember to get moving.
