August Challenge - Discover the You Inside- Day8
Today we're going to do something a little different - we are going to workout the muscles of our face and neck (yes, you can really tone and exercise those muscles).
As usual, if today's workout does not grab you, feel free to do the workout from another day, or take a walk to get your workout today. Today's workout can be done in your office - you may want to close your door to prevent folks from watching you, because it does look a little silly. There is no equipment needed for any of these exercises.
We'll start with Face Yoga - this video is about 9 minutes:
Our second video is about 5 minutes, and it's called How to Get Rid of a Double Chin:
Our third video is 13 minutes long - it is actually the first of 4 in a series, so if you love this one, you can haunt YouTube for the other three.
As usual, if you don't love the workout option for today, you can do the workout from any other day, or take a walk for your exercise. Just so long as you get moving somehow, your workout counts.
