Today we're going to spread our focus to your whole body with a few videos, whatever time and energy you have, that's what you do.


We'll start with a  "Cardio Barre: Lower Body Shred Workout". No extra equipment is needed, except a comfortable place to do your mat/floor work. You may want a yoga mat. The video is designed to burn fat quickly.  Don't worry if the folks in the video are more flexible that you; you just follow along at your own level. 

Our second video is "5 Minute Arms", which runs about 5 minutes.  I know you've seen this one a few times, but the goal with repetition is that someday our arms are lean and toned and strong.  :) I hope you are feeling some progress.  (Also, do you hate her less now than you did the first time she said it?)  

Our final video is  "Stress Busting Yoga Pilates Workout".  This video is pilates and yoga, and again, you will not need any equipment except a mat if you want one.  The video runs 10 minutes.  This video will increase your overall flexibility and is designed to help you relax.

July Challenge - Love the Skin You're In Day 29

Today we're going to spread our focus to your whole body with a few videos, whatever time and energy you have, that's what you do.


We'll start with a  "15 Minute Total Body HIIT Workout". No extra equipment is needed, except a comfortable place to do your mat/floor work. You may want a yoga mat. The video is designed to burn fat quickly.  

Our second video is "Low Impact Cardio Workout", which runs about 11 minutes.  This second video does not include any jumping, or other high impact activities often associated with cardio, but it willl raise your heart rate. It is an interval training workout which also targets fat burning.  

Our final video is  "Stress Busting Yoga Pilates Workout".  This video is pilates and yoga, and again, you will not need any equipment except a mat if you want one.  The video runs 10 minutes.  This video will increase your overall flexibility and is designed to help you relax.

Today we're going to focus on our lower bodies. 


We'll start with a  "5 Minute Leg Leaner + Booty Toner". No extra equipment is needed - just you, and a yoga mat if desired.



Our second video is "Get Longer & Leaner Looking Legs".  Again, you will not need any equipment, just a little space and a yoga mat if you wish.  

Our third option is not a video - take a nice long walk (30 minutes) to get your legs in constant motion.  Walking is very good for you.  Check out this great article from the Mayo Clinic for a weight loss plan based entirely on walking.

Happy Sunday - Can you believe we've made it nearly to the end of this challenge?  Did you sign up for the August Challenge?  (If not - send me a message and let me know you'd like to be a part of our August Challenge and I'll add you to the group.) 

As usual, if today's workout does not grab you, feel free to do the workout from another day, or take a walk to get your workout today.  While you're walking, do some arm circles to make sure you're getting that all over workout we're aiming for. 


We'll start with a  "4 Minutes Morning Energizer Workout ". This video will help you get your day started and help you feel wide awake (like a cup of coffee or a glass of Greens.)  


Now you have two options:

  1. You can do our weekend activity from yesterday - plan a fun and active activity.  Go swimming with your friends (or kids), or go for a hike, or ride bikes, or go dancing... whatever you want.  Claim your activity on our Facebook group - brag about how much fun you had with your workout today. :) 

  2. Continue and do the video below.  It's up to you. Our second video is about 9 minutes, and it's called "Fat-Burning Country Aerobics Workout".  There is no equipment needed for this video.  You will be getting a great cardio workout, so it is both targeting fat burning and heart health.  And then a final video just to cool down and stretch: Quick Full Body Stretches & Cool Down

It's the weekend - time to have fun with our friends and families.  So, we're going to switch it up a little today. 


We'll start with a  "Quick! Morning Workout!". This really is a very short video (under 4 minutes) of cardio ab work.  It is just a little kick-start for your day. 


Now, because it's Saturday, and you're planning to spend time doing something fun anyway, plan a fun and active activity.  Go swimming with your friends (or kids), or go for a hike, or ride bikes, or go dancing... whatever you want.  Claim your activity on our Facebook group - brag about how much fun you had with your workout today. :)

Today we're going to do a fat burning workout.  We'll start with a little cardio, and then do some core work, then finish with a quick period of stretching.

As usual, if today's workout does not grab you, feel free to do the workout from another day, or take a walk to get your workout today.  While you're walking, do some arm circles to make sure you're getting that all over workout we're aiming for today. 


We'll start with a  "8 Minutes Morning Workout - Lose 2lbs Per Week". This video will actually give you a full week of activities. You will need hand-weights or tin cans for this video. 


Our second video is about 15 minutes, and it's called "Fast Fat Burning Cardio Workout".  There is no equipment needed for this video.  It is very fast paced.  You will be getting a great cardio workout, so it is both targeting fat burning and heart health.  

Our third video is an 8 minutes cool-down stretch routine called "Quick Full Body Stretches & Cool Down" It does not require any equipment, and should help make sure that you feel up to tomorrow's workout.  : )

July Challenge - Love the Skin You're In Day 28

Today we're going to do a short all-over workout.  We'll start with a little cardio, and then do some core work, then finish with a quick period of stretching.

As usual, if today's workout does not grab you, feel free to do the workout from another day, or take a walk to get your workout today.  While you're walking, do some arm circles to make sure you're getting that all over workout we're aiming for today. 


We'll start with a  "5 minute cardio workout ". No extra equipment is needed - just you, and the video.  This should get your blood pumping, which is great for your heart.



Our second video is about 10 minutes, and it's called "Standing Abs Exercises".  She does use a basketball as equipment in this video - anything that size should work.  This is standing ab work, so you won't be doing any crunchies.  

Our third video is a 5 minutes cool-down stretch routine called "Kelli's Quick Cool Down and Stretch." It does not require any equipment, and should help make sure that you feel up to tomorrow's workout.  : )

Today we're going to focus on a workout you can do in your office with a few videos, whatever time and energy you have, that's what you do.


We'll start with a  "5 Minute Arm Workout". No extra equipment is needed - just you, your computer, and your arms.



Our second video is "5 Minute Office Yoga".  Again, you will not need any equipment, just a little space in your office.  

Our third option is not a video - use your morning or lunch break to take a brisk walk.  If weather is conducive to an outside stroll, take advantage of that and change your scenery.  Otherwise, take a turn around your office building, explore the hallways.  The brisk walking will make a huge difference in your overall health.  Recent studies say that regular uninterrupted sitting is detrimental to overall health.

Today we're going to focus on core strength with a few videos, whatever time and energy you have, that's what you do.


We'll start with a  "Core Strength | Beginner Yoga". No extra equipment is needed, except a comfortable place to do your mat/floor work. You may want a yoga mat. The video runs a little over 9 minutes. 

Our second video is "10 Minute Abs and Core Workout Without Crunches", which runs about 13 minutes.  This third video will include cardio and will help tone your legs.  Be prepared to move around a lot for this one - it's designed to be a dance party. 

Our final video is  "Yoga to Make You Happy".  This video is pilates, and again, you will not need any equipment except a mat if you want one.  The video runs 10 minutes.  This video will increase your overall flexibility.

July Challenge - Love the Skin You're In Day 18

Today we're going to focus on flexibility with a few videos, whatever time and energy you have, that's what you do.

"Better flexibility may improve your performance in physical activities or decrease your risk of injuries by helping your joints move through their full range of motion and enabling your muscles to work most effectively. Stretching also increases blood flow to the muscle." - The Mayo Clinic

We'll start with a  "Increased Flexibility Daily Routine". No extra equipment is needed, except a comfortable place to do your floor work. There is a fairly long intro to this video, the actual stretching starts about a minute and forty seconds in. 
Our second video is "How To Yoga Stretches for Low Back Pain".  Again, you will not need any equipment, just space on the floor.  You can use a yoga mat or towel if you wish.  The video is designed to relieve lower back pain, but it will be helpful for anyone, as it stretches the muscles in the legs and lower back.  The video runs a little over 14 minutes. 

Our third video is "Yoga to Make You Happy", which runs about 13 minutes.  This third video will include cardio and will help tone your legs.  Be prepared to move around a lot for this one - it's designed to be a dance party.

Today we're going to do a couple of short videos, whatever time and energy you have, that's what you do.

Our second video is Sleek and Sexy Arms for Beginners, which is also Pilates.  Again, you will not need any equipment, just space on the floor.  You can use a yoga mat or towel if you wish.  

Our third video is Groove Your Way to Dancer's Legs, which runs about 10 minutes.  This third video will include cardio and will help tone your legs.  Be prepared to move around a lot for this one - it's designed to be a dance party. 


For those who have another ten minutes, we are offering you a Stretching for Flexibility.  Stretching is super important, so we want to encourage you to integrate it into your workout regularly.  This video will increase your overall flexibility.  It is a great idea to stretch at the end of your workout, when your muscles are warm and loose.

July Challenge - Love the Skin You're In Day 16
Today we're going to go for a little longer workout with a 40 minute "Sweaty Betty Ballet Bootcamp" class. It starts about 2 minutes in. No extra equipment is needed, except a comfortable place to do your floor work.




If you don't have the time for a 40 minute workout today, you can opt to take a 20 minute walk instead and follow it up with a short period of stretching. Or, you could do the 10 Minute Ballet Legs from Day 3 and then do the 5 Minute Arms from Day 1.
