Love The Skin You're In Day 8

Today's challenge is to help you get those tank top arms!!! I know that can be a problem area for some people. The best part of this workout is if you don't have weights, you can substitute with water bottles!! Sweet!!!


If the video is not for you, or you're at work and can't fit it in, you can opt to take a 15 minute walk today instead and follow it up with a short period of stretching.
