July Challenge - Love the Skin You're In Day 6
Today we're going to try work your core. The specific video will focus on your abs, but you'll get a little full body workout too.

If the video is not for you, or you're at work and can't fit it in, you can opt to take a 15 minute walk today instead and follow it up with a short period of stretching.
