July Challenge - Love the Skin You're In Day 6

Today we're going to try work your core.  The specific video will focus on your abs, but you'll get a little full body workout too.   


Our first video is called "Crunch-less Abs Workout" and it will take you about 11 minutes. You will need room to move around in order to do this workout. 

If the video is not for you, or you're at work and can't fit it in, you can opt to take a 15 minute walk today instead and follow it up with a short period of stretching.
