July Challenge - Love the Skin You're In Day 10

Today we're going to try bellydancing.  The specific video will focus on arms and abs, but you'll get a full body workout.   

Our first video is called "Bellydancing for Beginners: Arms & Abs" and it will take you about 30 minutes. There is an introduction to this video, and the instruction begins at about a minute and 40 seconds in. You will need room to dance around in order to do this workout. 

If bellydancing is not for you, you can opt to take a 20 minute walk today instead and follow it up with a short period of stretching, or do the  "10 Minute Ballet Body" video from Day 3.     

For those who have another twelve minutes, we are offering you a 12 Minute Split Stretch.  Stretching is super important, so we want to encourage you to integrate it into your workout regularly.  This video will increase your overall flexibility; not everyone will accomplish the splits.  The video offers beginner modifications.
