July Challenge - Love the Skin You're In Day 17
Today we're going to do a couple of short videos, whatever time and energy you have, that's what you do.
Our second video is Sleek and Sexy Arms for Beginners, which is also Pilates. Again, you will not need any equipment, just space on the floor. You can use a yoga mat or towel if you wish.
Our third video is Groove Your Way to Dancer's Legs, which runs about 10 minutes. This third video will include cardio and will help tone your legs. Be prepared to move around a lot for this one - it's designed to be a dance party.
For those who have another ten minutes, we are offering you a Stretching for Flexibility. Stretching is super important, so we want to encourage you to integrate it into your workout regularly. This video will increase your overall flexibility. It is a great idea to stretch at the end of your workout, when your muscles are warm and loose.
