Love The Skin You're In Day 9

Hi Everyone!!! Today's challenger is the 5 minute Ab Ripper Workout by Denise Austin!!!  Five minutes is all you need to do this workout!  So fast!!




If the video is not for you, or you're at work and can't fit it in, you can opt to take a 15 minute walk today instead and follow it up with a short period of stretching.
