July Challenge - Love the Skin You're In Day 11

Today we're going to strengthen our lower bodies.  



Our first video is called "Lower Body Strength and Tone " and it will take you about 11 minutes. You will need about as much space as a yoga mat to do this workout. 

For those who have another 13 minutes, we are offering you a Lower Body Stretching Routine for Flexibility.  Stretching is super important, so we want to encourage you to integrate it into your workout regularly.  This video will increase your overall flexibility.
