July Challenge - Love the Skin You're In Day 29
Today we're going to spread our focus to your whole body with a few videos, whatever time and energy you have, that's what you do.
We'll start with a "15 Minute Total Body HIIT Workout".
No extra equipment is needed, except a comfortable place
to do your mat/floor work. You may want a yoga mat. The video is designed to burn fat quickly.
Our second video is "Low Impact Cardio Workout", which runs about 11 minutes. This second video does not include any jumping, or other high impact activities often associated with cardio, but it willl raise your heart rate. It is an interval training workout which also targets fat burning.
Our final video is "Stress Busting Yoga Pilates Workout". This video is pilates and yoga, and again, you will not need any equipment except a mat if you want one. The video runs 10 minutes. This video will increase your overall flexibility and is designed to help you relax.
