July Challenge - Love the Skin You're In Day 26

It's the weekend - time to have fun with our friends and families.  So, we're going to switch it up a little today. 


We'll start with a  "Quick! Morning Workout!". This really is a very short video (under 4 minutes) of cardio ab work.  It is just a little kick-start for your day. 


Now, because it's Saturday, and you're planning to spend time doing something fun anyway, plan a fun and active activity.  Go swimming with your friends (or kids), or go for a hike, or ride bikes, or go dancing... whatever you want.  Claim your activity on our Facebook group - brag about how much fun you had with your workout today. :) 

If you hate this plan, search out previous workouts and chose a video, or, as usual, if today's workout does not grab you, feel free to do the workout from another day, or take a walk to get your workout today.  While you're walking, do some arm circles to make sure you're getting that all over workout we're aiming for today.
