July Challenge - Love the Skin You're In Day 16
Today we're going to go for a little longer workout with a 40 minute "Sweaty Betty Ballet Bootcamp"
class. It starts about 2 minutes in. No extra equipment is needed, except a comfortable place
to do your floor work. 
If you don't have the time for a 40 minute workout today, you can opt to take a 20 minute walk instead and follow it up with a short period of stretching. Or, you could do the 10 Minute Ballet Legs from Day 3 and then do the 5 Minute Arms from Day 1.
For those who have another ten minutes, we are offering you a Stretching for Flexibility. Stretching is super important, so we want to encourage you to integrate it into your workout regularly. This video will increase your overall flexibility. It is a great idea to stretch at the end of your workout, when your muscles are warm and loose.
