July Challenge - Love the Skin You're In Day 13

It's time to get back to those legs today! How are you feeling? I know I'm sore from yesterday (well that AND the dancing I'm doing with my girls at SinCitySwing in Las Vegas)! My legs are going to BURN by the time this weekend is over.

We worked our core yesterday for almost an hour, so you should be feeling pretty strong in your core. As you do today's workout, I challenge you to really engage your core again and stay tight. This will really help enhance your workout! Our workout today is 10 Minutes to Leaner, Longer Looking Legs. We'll be working our ENTIRE lower half from calves to glutes and everything in between. You will need a dumbbell or other light weight for some of the exercises in this video.

If you have an extra 10 minutes today, let's burn some calories with a 10-Minute Fat-Blasting Circuit. Our legs are already burning, so let's get a little full body workout in today as well! This should get your heart rate up as well as continue to work your legs while adding in some arms, core, and cardio.

If the video is not for you, or you're at work and can't fit it in, you can opt to take a 15 minute walk today instead and follow it up with a short period of stretching.
