July Challenge - Love the Skin You're In Day 23
Today we're going to focus on a workout you can do in your office with a few videos, whatever time and energy you have, that's what you do.
Our second video is "5 Minute Office Yoga". Again, you will not need any equipment, just a little space in your office.
Our third option is not a video - use your morning or lunch break to take a brisk walk. If weather is conducive to an outside stroll, take advantage of that and change your scenery. Otherwise, take a turn around your office building, explore the hallways. The brisk walking will make a huge difference in your overall health. Recent studies say that regular uninterrupted sitting is detrimental to overall health.
