July Challenge - Love the Skin You're In Day 3

Our video is called
"10 Minute Ballet Body" and it focuses on our legs and butts.
Make sure that you have enough space to move around the room, and that you
will be able to see your computer from the spot your pick before you get
started.
For those who have
desk jobs, we have a second video - this will take another four minutes, we are offering you a Four Minute Neck and Shoulder Desk Stretch. These stretches will be good for anyone, but they are particularly good for those who spend a lot of time sitting at a desk or in front of a computer. If you don't have time today, no sweat, the video isn't going
anywhere, you can come back tomorrow. :)
