July Challenge - Love the Skin You're In Day 5
Today we're going
to focus on our extremities; we'll tone our thighs and our arms.

Our second video is the "5 Minute Arms." This is the same video from day 1 - you'll see this video frequently throughout the challenge as we try to all tone our arms into ballerina sleekness.
For those who have
another two minutes, we are offering you a two
minute daily stretching video. Stretching is super important,
so we want to encourage you to integrate it into your workout regularly. If you don't have time today, no sweat, the video isn't going
anywhere, you can come back tomorrow. :)
