July Challenge - Love the Skin You're In Day 5

Today we're going to focus on our extremities; we'll tone our thighs and our arms.  

Our first video is called "Thigh Thinner" and it will take you about 13 minutes.  Make sure that you have enough space to lie down on the floor and to do a standing kick, and that you will be able to see your computer from the spot your pick before you get started. This video may have moves that are too high intensity for people with back issues - feel free to modify anything that is uncomfortable.  You can always ask in the group for suggestions on modifications.

Our second video is the "5 Minute Arms."  This is the same video from day 1 - you'll see this video frequently throughout the challenge as we try to all tone our arms into ballerina sleekness.  

For those who have another two minutes, we are offering you a two minute daily stretching video.  Stretching is super important, so we want to encourage you to integrate it into your workout regularly.  If you don't have time today, no sweat, the video isn't going anywhere, you can come back tomorrow. :)
