July Challenge - Love the Skin You're In Day 28

Today we're going to focus on our lower bodies. 


We'll start with a  "5 Minute Leg Leaner + Booty Toner". No extra equipment is needed - just you, and a yoga mat if desired.



Our second video is "Get Longer & Leaner Looking Legs".  Again, you will not need any equipment, just a little space and a yoga mat if you wish.  

Our third option is not a video - take a nice long walk (30 minutes) to get your legs in constant motion.  Walking is very good for you.  Check out this great article from the Mayo Clinic for a weight loss plan based entirely on walking.
